is a Japanese textbook publisher prominent in its market. It is known outside of Japan as a company that published games like ''Cycle Race: Road Man'', ''Super Tennis''. The name of the company was named after Tokyo where their corporate headquarters was once located. The company developed video games from 1986 to 1998; their last game was ''Go-Jin Senki'' for the Sony PlayStation. All resources were eventually re-allocated to their ''Tonkin House'' company.
